Anybody know of a good one?

I don't want to have two different grills for my apt. I have been strictly against using gas forever. But if I grill 2-4 times a week, I hate to light up charcoal for 15 min before being able to cook. Not to mention the mess, etc.

So I want a combo grill that has gas on one side and charcoal on the other side. I've seen a few around here and there, but nothing that I like.

I don't have any experience with that type of grill, but I was just shopping for one myself and I came across a model with gas-lit charcoal. It said it takes less than 5 minutes to get the coals going with a gas burner.

    The Weber one?

Eh...I want something that is more sectional and has a large cooking surface. I have my friends over alot, so I need something big. But I also grill for myself, so I need something where I don't have to use alot of charcoal.

Maybe it's too expensive. But I'd call them and ask for advice.

btw: does you apt come with an HOA. Are you sure you can use charcoal on your balcony? I can't.

btw btw: what I'd do to save money is buy a nice gas grill and get the chef-quality charcoal trays. All you need is the smoke flavor, no?

this guy would say a 1/2 charcoal & 1/2 Gas Grill
    would be an abomination.
