    So, I am working for Gizmondo, as we seem to be circling the drain. I may have to shut down several of our subidiaries in order to survive, anyone have any knowledge/experience with Chapter 7 bankruptcy?

    Yes. On both sides, representing creditors as well as corporate and individual debtors.
