broken/dislocated pinky

    Dove for a ball and and landed right on it......Should I got to the hospital? It looks as though the middle joint of my pinky is out of place. The top half of my pinky can move at least 90 degrees in any direction. Is there a way to pop it back into place? Anybody that has just pulled it real hard to realign it, just let me know how you did it. Thanks guys

    Nah... if it isn't completely twisted/dislocated you don't really need to. You should be able to ask someone to pop it back in place... I had a crooked left finger from playing basketball once, it wasn't broken, just had someone pop it back in place... easier said than done though. I wouldn't know how to describe it on how to put it back into place... I don't think you want to do it yourself though, hurts like a mother ****er.

    I did a similar thing playing football once, it's the only bone I have ever broken. But I just put one of thos finger splints from Walgreens on it for a while and it was fine.
