    And start the culture change with necessary trades. Make players accountable and build a contender the right way (Spurs, GSW), as a cohesive unit from GM to coach to the players.

    If Harden won't llisten to McHale who is NBA Hall of Famer and one of the most respected figures in the league, he certainly won't listen to a Becky Hammon, a female assistant coach who is never been a head coach before.
