Wouldn't be surprised, especially after letting Brooks throw a quality start against us last night. Bum hadn't started a game in 5 years...

 

I don't 100% agree (Abreu is completely worthless)

 

Does it feel to anyone else like Toro bats every inning against us? I swear it seems like he's on deck just about every other batter this series.

 

I can see how this shaped up.

Astros: "So... we want Mason Miller. Who do you want?"
A's: "Altuve?"

A's: "Alvarez?"
Astros: "Nuhuh. Going down the alphabet, how about Bielak?"

The fact that he couldn't be demoted anymore limited his value a lot.

With Urquidy on the way simply wasn't space to keep another mop up guy that had to stay on the MLB roster. The fact that Blanco got suspended at the same time was just bad luck.

 

Julks gone too. Hate to see him go. Local kid from Pearland HS and UH. Grew up an Astros fan.

Hope he can get some more AB's in Chi-town.
