hey, I was wondering if the FAs won't resign with their team, we could do a Sign-and-Trade...... Like say Raef Lafrentz won't resign for the Nuggets, but could you sign him and trade him to ....say the 76ers?

1 more thing... if a player retires in the middle of their contract, do you still have to pay them?
