Best Software to burn DVD/Blu-Ray Videos

    Can any of you recommend good software to make dvd/bluray videos. And I don't mean just putting data on a dvd or blu ray disc.

    I may go with Roxio Creator 2009, but would rather get some feedback here before I make a purchase like that.

    I hear Nero 9 is terrible.
