    Are we counting mini-series too?

    M.A.S.H. is far and away the best.

    Even though it didn't last very long I thought Young Indiana Jones was pretty good.

    Highlander which was far far better than the all of the movies after the first one.

    Anyone remember The Planet of the Apes TV show?

    Also I would include Star Trek; The Next Generation since that's based much more on the movies than on the original TV show.

    Highlander was... okay I guess.

    If the reverse were true, my vote would go to X-files. But they made the movie from the TV show - not vice versa.
