Link I don't mean to diss Francis in this thread, but those two are friends, and they both have tendencies to disregard their coaches based on their own bravado.
i understand what you are saying. i think both of those guys are great talents and excellent players but their pride gets in their way. sometimes you have to swallow your pride and do what your coach thinks is best for your team, not you wanting to do it all by yourself. you have to trust those around you, they are there to do their jobs as well.
