Are Archived Games on NBA LP Broadband available for all Users?

I was trying to get NBA League Pass Broadband to work, but for some reason it's down. Anyways, I kept trying to log in and finally instead of getting an error message, I got a blank page and thought maybe it actually went through. I clicked an archived game and it played perfectly! I thought maybe it was just my account so created another one and asked a friend to see if it would work for him, which it did. So has this feature always been free?

Because I only watch Rockets for entertainment purposes, I think this is a real neat feature. I can't believe I just figured it out. Instead of checking the scores the night before, I'll just wait and watch it "live" for myself the next day
