The guy needs to seriously go to a fashion school or something. He is wearing one of those Nike plastic pants, basketball shoes, a long sleeve t-shirt and a nice suit jacket on top. Funniest thing I have seen.
When you sit behind a desk, all you need to do is see the top part of what they want you to see. But Chuck sits on the very end of the desk, and the camera pans to Charles where you can see his whole outfit. We don't know what Kenny Smith or EJ is wearing because they sit in the center, unless they stand up.
Actually they do that bit very Charles sits on a throne. After I posted this thread even Kenny and Ernie started making fun of Charles.
