I just heard about this app, although it came out last year. Basically what it does is turn your android phone into a scanner, but not just a scanner. The most exciting feature is something called business card mode. If you have Onenote installed on your phone or desktop, office lens works with this app to extract the information on the business card and convert it automatically into a note and a .vcf file, (no typing no nothing), basically you have an electronic business card after you take the picture. The coolest thing is that a .vcf file format words with outlook 2016 so that with oneclick you have created a contact in your outlook program. Freaking cool! Also everything on the business card is clickable in onenote. So if you click on the address it brings up a map! Now that's smart!
I would think most people or a lot of people use outlook and everybody uses business cards. Google has taken over a lot of things, but mail programs aren't one of them: gmail (the program) on desktops at least, and exchange services, can't compete with microsoft outlook. Also, this is a solution geared towards people who hate the bloat that is evernote. Onenote is a fantastic product and it works well on smartphones as well as desktops.
