    where's the choice for "i don't know."

    because i haven't seen jack for evidence. i've seen two guys make the same damn statements they've made for a while now. i would need to see andy under oath and have him clarify his statements. i would need to see how mcnamee does under cross-exam.

    that's what a trial is. that's how fact-finders make decisions.

    I believe it's stupid to arrive at opinions about things for which one has no evidence and no intimate knowledge of the actual series of events. You have a dog-and-pony show on television and a bunch of hearsay--oath or no oath, it's hearsay.

    I don't know if he used steroids or not. Wouldn't surprise me if he did, but I don't have to lynch him in the "court of public opinion" just because it's popular to call him an attention w**** or a prima donna.
