I know this has been discussed ad nauseum before, but I'm posting this to clarify(for myself) skills we need for this team. On (simplistic) offense we expect:

#3 - shoot 3's and long range jumpers
    - weak side last-option scoring
    - competent passing
    - effective picks

    #4 - midrange jumpers/ some post play
    - rebounding
    - effective picks

    #5 - Post play scoring
    - rebounding

    On (simplistic) defense we expect:

#3 - Defend post and perimeter

    #4 - Defend post/midrange
    - boxing out/rebounding

    #5 - Defend post
    - boxing out/rebounding
    - blocks

    On our team, we have:

    KT - Post play scoring
    - rebounding
    - Defend post and perimeter (maybe)
    - effective picks
    (#5 offense/#3 defense)

EG - shoot 3's and long range jumpers (maybe)
    - weak side last-option scoring
    - competent passing (nope)
    - Defend post/midrange
    - boxing out/rebounding
    - blocks
    (#3 offense/#4 defense)

MoTay - midrange jumpers/ some post play
    - rebounding
    - effective picks
    - Defend post
    - boxing out/rebounding
    (#4 offense/#5 defense)

So can these three play the 345 together? Isn't it difficult to replace just one without needing to replace all three?
