You are allowed to yell and curse at cops. It is very suspicious behavior, but you can do it. You are not allowed to disobey lawful orders. That is what separates Bland from this clown. You need to know where the line is if you (for some bizarre reason) want to play these stupid and childish games with cops.
Sigh.... The point is the officer in this case didn't even consider issuing a lawful order of stepping out of the vehicle.
The guy is already out of the vehicle when the video starts. You want the cop to ask him to step out of a vehicle he is not in? Are you talking about asking him to get out of the vehicle after he gets back in? A guy that he has not detained and has already told that he was free to go? At that point it would not be a lawful order.
