Reading too much into it. Dude is all about talks, but don't think he's shouting out on Harden and Howard here. Just trying to talk nice about new teammates.

Not sure what the problem is. Like Carl stated the guy is just happy that the Mavs are building around him. He is just establishing himself as the alpha of the team and he is glad to have the proper supporting cast to carry this team to the championship.

Right...and I'm sure Mathews and Jordan are saying that there's no better 3 in the league they'd rather play with too. Oh wait...

Can't wait to whack them in the playoffs again, if they make it.

You see what Dwight did against DJ in the playoffs? DJ didn't stop anything.

How many games did Howard miss when Parsons was on the team?

1 year is not the rule, it's the exception. For the most part, Howard has been healthy his entire career. He had a back injury after Orlando, and knee issues this season -- that's about it.

Building around Chandler? LMAO. Carl is not building anything around Parsons. Parsons thinks he's the centerpiece.

This is actually very true. Parsons has made it clear, and Cuban has made it clear he supports, that he wants the ball in his hands to be THE POINT GUARD for this team so he can essentially try and be an all-star.

Parson, Fegan, and the Mavericks have put aside winning in order to try and create stardom and branding for Chandler Parsons.

I liked Parsons alot especially his first 2 years, but this just shows priorities. When you prioritize individual glory over team, and winning... when is that ever good for your organization?

If Parsons turns into the White Lebron this year coming off micro-fracture surgery, with a 2 guard that just had Achilles surgery, an aging Dirk, and DeAndre Jordan.... good for him. He was right that this was the team he wanted to play with all along because he's in it for him, and he's willing to do anything he can to be a superstar.

Keep enjoying those first round exits Parsons. And thanks Mavs for making one of our "real" competitors, the Clippers, weaker.

He could've been smiling while saying that. Hard to imagine he holds a grudge, but....who cares, anyways.

Some of the comments in this article are hilarious:
Are we talking about the same DeAndre Jordan?

Parsons with the ball, DeAndre on one wing, Matthews on the other......it's over!

Lol at Matthews being a Harden stopper. Didn't Harden nearly drop 50 against that clown last season.

I don't think DeAndre will be the best Center in the league when he's 37, Chandler.

LOL DJ's prime has come and gone. In a few years DJ may not be a top 10 center in the league
