So despite my obvious disappointment, we fought until the end. I hate ESPN like the rest of you, I hate the Warriors like the rest of you, but the fact remains they beat us and deservedly advance. We need another ball handler. Someone who when a play falls apart can make things happen. One guy (Harden) is not enough. Chandler Parsons was another one whom we lost over the offseason We need our bigs to focus solely on free throws and get way better We need a play book We need to abandon analytics. Analytics have told the nation that it does not work in the Playoffs. A barrage of three pointers attempted have killed the Rockets.

Like everybody else has said, need to vamp up the PG position, Pf spot too, and we need more shooting and defense wherever we can find it. Upgrades to the coaching staff is always welcomed as well, I don't see McHale leaving but maybe we can get a nice assistant coach in.

Yep I agree on the play maker angle. We need more than 2 players (Harden and DMO) that can create their own shot. We have to stop relying on one player for offense. Teams win championships. Get a PG.

they are super talented and super deep. They have some borderline all-stars from the past who took far-lesser roles to win, they brought in Livingston who had a great season in brooklyn the year prior. Draymond went from solid backup to all NBA caliber, Bogut was healthy, Barnes developed. I hope I don't sound like a smart ass, but thats what gives
We definitely need a PG, whether that's via draft or trade. I can see morey putting a Jones + KPap + Salary filler + 18th pick for another piece. Also desperately need shooters. This team can compete on an even higher level when we get real deep threat shooters taking 3s instead of Jones or Smith.
We have no playmaker outside of James Harden. Last year we had Parsons and Lin. I like Ariza better than Parsons, but we need at least need a playmaking PG in the offseason.
