Reminder that there were people who genuinely thought the Rockets were better without Dwight during the season.
Please please posts like this STFU!!! It's not about how you do it. It's the results! He played a tough Deandre Jordan. Got his schit stuffed at during a clips run. The guy did not back down. He played composed. That is called resillience and, in Rudy T's words, "The heart of a champion." Enjoy the win.
I actually thought the foul to DJ was justified with the blow to the neck, but he should've kept his cool and the charging into Griffin was unnecessary and was his 2nd I believe. He got away from the bull**** and just played his game later on so indeed, he got it!
I hate to be a downer especially after what we just witnessed, but man, Dwight's free throw shooting has just been beyond abysmal. He usually hovers around 50-55%, but he has to be shooting somewhere in the 30s in these playoffs.
So proud of him... Shows his hunger for a championship. He wants it bad. He is very frustrated with him getting pushed by diandre right when he is about to jump every time he is about to rebound. How does Jordan gets away with so many loose ball fouls every time the ball is up? Makes me sick watching it.

20pts 21rbs 2blks in an elimination game. Dwight brought it even if he did lose a handle on things for a while he regrouped and closed out a hell of a game. So glad he's on our team.
Dwight's post game interviews are great, in that, he sounds the same whether it's a win or loss. Coaches preach not getting to high or too low after games... he's been very even keeled which shows leadership. Not saying he's a leader, but his demeanor has to be a positive influence on the squad. Rebounds (Game 6) Dwight - 21 in 40 min Jordan - 9 in 42 min
Dude singlehandedly shut down Blake in the 4th quarter. It is very obvious that Dwight is the only one on the team can guard Blake.
You can tell Capela's a kid in this video lol. Lmao@Mcdaniels & Dorsey slap boxing after wins. I love it!!!
I love Dwight, glad he's a Rocket... but I was saying the same thing when he had that game where he "decided" to own the boards & came up with 29 rebounds or something like that. Then they give up 130 points the next game. We'll know he's turned the corner, when he consistently makes that decision game after game... that's the only way the Rockets are going to win anything, when he, & his team, shuts down the opposing offense.
does anyone have the clip after Dwights second foul. McHale is calling for substitution, Dwight has both hands up waving , no no.... I've got this. McHale looks at him, nods his head and tells the sub to sit.. One of those great coach/player exchanges in crunch time. Player essentially overrides the coaches decision and the coach shows enough trust to go with it.. dont think he got another foul the rest of the half..

I don't get everybody complaining about Dwight's turnovers in the playoffs. It has really been pretty good this postseason. Stop whining. Look it up.
