    He just can't come up with any game plans.
    Just trust his player even while players are mentally and physically collapsed.
    Hack-A-Jordan is just emergency thing this can do, it can't be a winning strategy.
    I don't know what he can do. I have never seen any improvement under his coaching. He might be a good person, but he's not a great and smart coach at all. We need someone who can develop this team to next level.

    I was not enthralled when Mcfail was hired.
    But the plan was to have him manage the players and have the assistants run the offense and defense in a manner similar to football.
    I thought was an interesting idea and it was worth a try.

    We have tried this experiment.
    We need to go out and get a solid head coach as well as assistant coaches.
