You guys are pathetic. Talking about blowing it up, making major changes, etc etc, when we are only down 2-1 in the Semis against a team that we've had major issues with for years. A loss is a loss I don't care by how much, and in reality the Clippers played their best basketball in a 4 minute stretch while Houston played their worst. Outside of that I thought it was an evenly matched affair. We were defending Blake well, and keeping most everybody else in check outside of JJ and Austin.

I think the major adjustment McHale needs to make is to bench Smith if that's the energy he comes with. Put in Capela. The moment Smith went in for Dwight is the moment the game got out of hand...he was making no effort to defend the rim. Also: Harden needs to play off Rivers. He's not a good shooter although he got hot yesterday.

This team SORELY misses DMo & Bev, but make no mistake we can win this series. We just need to split, which is still in play.

Now I know what happens when a nuclear brain fart collides with a scrubtastic explosion. Not sure I have seen anything quite like that.

I don't understand all the defensive schemes (tell be honest, I haven't tried), but it seems to me after watching many plays where we were beat in the paint, when Dwight left the paint they schooled us a lot. When Dwight stayed in or near the paint and didn't try to double team or transition help, the outcome was much better defensively. Maybe it was just me that noticed that, but that's whatI was seeing anyway.

He played some amazing one on one defense on Harden last night. He didn't buy in to any fake, he remained stationary. Weird to watch. Not known for his great defense, more for his sharpshooting.

it comes with the territory. look at tmac, he gave it his all in the playoffs, wearing almost a full body armor against utah and sacrificing his career to play in that series.

rox are a great regular season team.

it is a different story in the playoffs---no back-to-back games and less travel---when there is more time for preparation. in the playoffs, the Rox (most specifically, Harden) have been under-performers

The defense to start the 3rd quarter was spectacular. I was legitimately excited because I thought we had the momentum to pull this one out.

But, damn. I don't know what happened. I don't know why we lapsed.

It's my fault fellas; I was out watching the game at a bar, so I couldn't do my normal rants here.

You'll get them next game, don't worry.

Cuttino Mobley, Steve Francis, and Moochie would be proud of that iso ball last night.

That's being way too generous to the Rockets. It won't be that close the way they're playing defense.

damn very surprising. honestly did not think the clippers were actually any good. Didn't think they would beat the spurs or even have a chance against the rockets without CP3. pretty impressive. Seems like they got a legit chance to win it all with cavs losing love.

Yep, the Clippers are really really good. We just could not stop them. They are making shots almost EVERY POSSESSION.
