    Obviously we want him healthy before he returns, but he's now been out over 8 weeks dating back to that Lakers game he missed on 1/25. We were told he'd be out 6-8 weeks, so we're beyond that timeframe. And if 2 months isn't enough time to heal a knee that didn't even undergo a surgical procedure, then I'm gonna start to wonder if there's something the team isn't telling us.

    McHale could mean they can't wait to get a good look at him in practice, because there won't be enough practice due to the lack of players.

    I have a feeling he'll come back and be similar to what he was mid-season, as opposed to early season before he went out.

    He still adds to this team however.

    I saw somewhere that said this year, opposing teams take 19 LESS shots in the paint when Dwight plays, and MAKE 9 Less shots. Thats 18 LESS points in the paint when Dwight plays. Thats a big difference in Defense when he's on the floor. Sure, he's not the greatest offensive threat, but his defense is needed.

    at this point of time, i just hope dh and tjones can come back healthy and ready for playoff, no rust, no discomfort, that's the only good recipe for a deep playoff run for us

    Good point, I was expecting that return against MIN, so D12 would return against a non-playoff team. To me tomorrow's game is a must-win (if they really want to keep their seeding and because we've lost to them in our worst game of the season last time we played in NO).

    I hope Dwight comes out and proves us wrong and is in last year playoff form, paired with the MVP and Brew/Smoove and the rest of the guys make a deep run.

    We should be cautious and don't play him huge minutes, without D12 we wont make it far in the playoff

    If he misses only the B2Bs, he'll play in 9 games. Hopefully T-Jones will be back for those last 2 B2Bs so Dwight's absence isn't felt as much.
