I lean towards dark sense of humor. He knows he cackled with glee as soon as he saw Russ drop back with the ball.

Another lovely stat for Bevell to ponder this off-season.

Nice. Though, WTF was Brady going to do with a Colorado?

I swear you just make ridiculous off the wall takes just to get a rise out of people. It's the only explanation for half of the stuff you post.

On SIRIUSXM NFL Radio today they were talking about what a flawed stat this is. Basically the reason there are never any interceptions from that close is because almost all pass attempts thrown down there are back corner fades or balls placed in a spot where the only possible outcomes are reception are incompletion. And that's done to avoid the exact situation that happened last night.

Yup, it would be great to know exactly how many of those 109 passes were slants.

Inside the NFL? I guess so but
    definitely
"NFL Turning Point". I figure they'll give a solid breakdown of what Belichick and Patricia did at the LOS for that 2nd and goal play.

    OK....that hurt.

can we laugh about it yet? (new to me -- may be old?).

GOD (after last drive including miraculous catch at the one): "Hey Russ...here's another ring for you"

    WILSON: "No thanks.....I'll pass"
