    I think the issue with this particular set of highlights stems from the fact that the game was televised nationally on ESPN. I think it is ESPN that actively searches YouTube for copyright violations not the NBA hence your other videos are still up. I think if the CSN broadcast was used it might not be taken down so quickly . However, i didn't actually get a chance to see the video so i dunno if yours was from ESPN or CSN so i might be completely wrong.

    I don't like the NBA high lights from NBA.com Batkins can you torrent yours? Your high lights are way better than what the NBA.com does.

    Name it something else (Not basketball related) and don't use the video image as the cover.

    Again, use something that's not related to basketball.

    they also do IP tracking. you're going to need to use a different IP addy, different username.

    even then, if someone subscribes to you and this person has been a subscriber of copyright-based blocked user before, then they also know this and will track you down again.

    This was a one time thing. In the future when I upload videos from CSN/Root everything should go smoothly. I'm sure this has something to do with it being on ESPN or in Mexico City or the video being 10+ minutes or some weird crazy reason that only makes sense to some weird crazy person.

    The best part of the highlight was the double team of Harden and DMo which forced a turnover. Seeing the whole bench celebrate that defensive stand tells us everybody is into it. LOVE IT!!

    My favorite play is the one where Daniels holds to ball for 10 seconds, takes 2 dribble to the left and pulls up for 3. :eek:
