    I have no info on it. Just came to me when I saw that tweet. T_ones is a Portland guy. And something like TRob/Wright for Chase/T_ones makes some sense for them. Gives them leverage with Wes Matthews if he gets too expensive. Chase is signed for next season at $5 million. They'd have to pay TRob $4.6 million anyways. Plus T_ones will be cheap for them at $2.5 millon.

    TRob and Chase at $7.5 million vs. TRob and Wes Matthews ... and whomever they sign to replace Dorrell Wright at $$$$$$????? Just a cap management trade for Portland looking forward in dealing with Wes.

    From Rox standpoint.....T_ones out as part of Rubio deal. Minny probably doesn't want T_ones since they're paying Young. May not want TRob either for that matter but TRob will likely draw more trade value for them than T_ones will. Plus you throw in Bev, Canaan, Capella, and a 2017 first rounder from Houston to Minny and that's pretty decent value for Rubio. Houston takes back Barea with Rubio in a smaller salary dump or possibly even sends Barea to Portland and Wright comes here??

    I can see some logic, yet firstly I'd think TRob would fit need more in the Rose City. And I know not what Smug Saunders might be thinking?

    I used to make up possible Tjones to Portland trades, too, given that he's from there. I stopped when this happened (last year)?:

    I think it would be one of those perfect fits because you have the perfect 4/5 in LMA. That way your backup 4 can give you 18-20 minutes.

    Well, except Portland has plenty of depth otherwise at the bigs. But you know what I mean.
