    If an old-timer might slip in one non-lethal and/or one non-group-sex suggestion: take the Boliver ferry around sunset (cheap, assuming it still exists), and then find a spot for some seafood (non-euphemism, or euphemism, on the beach) for dinner.

    A few hundred bucks? Go to dinner at Uchi. Go bar hopping in midtown. End up at a club. I think one of the newer spots is Lusso Lounge. I haven't been yet.
