He's definitely someone who knows how to pass the ball into Dwight.

He would be a nice scoring option off the bench and can orchestrate the offense when Harden sits. Nice fit IMO

Yeah can definitely see bringing him in as a back up point for vetmin. After we trade away Lin and get Melo or company.

Orlando and Dwight could have had a championship if it weren't for Jameer and SVG. Should have kept rolling with Skip.

no way - Jameer's best days are behind him he can never escape the injury bugs - guy averaged 64 games per season the last 5 years -- this is not including the 42 games the year the Magic went to the finals - he would be an excellent PG for this team coming off the bench - Beverly has earned his starting spot and I doubt he'll lose it any time soon.

But you have to consider how Bev plays. He's a defense first PG who plays all out and throws his body around all game. In a 82 game season chances are he'll get injured, especally coming off that knee injury. Jameer's a better scorer and a better passer. His responsiblities as a starter will be reduced and he'll split more time with Harden as a ball handler. All he'll have to do here is hit open 3's, penetrate & dish. That's it. To me that's what a starter's supposed to do. Bev will be best suited bring his energy off the bench

I'd love to have Jameer run the back-up PG spot. He's a good dependable guard who knows how to get the ball into the post (and Dwight specifically).
