You are kidding me, right? 98% of players from D-1 and above don't need a fire lit under them. Yes, there are a couple that might need some added motivation, but these players are few and far between. For me, I would be personally offended if I had to get a fire lit under me this past season for our games.

You can make the argument that James is getting on his teammates more this game for simple mistakes. But if I am interpreting it correctly, you are saying that many role-players in the league need a star to light a fire in them. NO. They are in the NBA for a reason as well.

It's killing the Heat to have Wade responding to open looks on the perimeter by whipping it to a non-open player.

People can knock on Miami's team being crap (outside of the King) but the Spurs are playing really good defense right now.

If Leonard wins a championship and gets Finals MVP, will he crack a smile?

Wow. Parker, Green and Mill are sucking bad yet they still lead by 10! Miami are lucky.

Heat allowing themselves to get frustrated when things dont go their way. Lebron and Wade a few times now have jogged down to the defensive end on a fast break rather than hustling back and trying to make up for a poor offensive possession on the defensive end. Just seems like a lack of hustle overall on their part.
