Interested to see the debate. You have $15 to pick your starting 5. Personally I've got The Big O, Clyde, LeBron, Duncan, and The Dream. Great passing and defense, decent 3-point shooting (would Robertson have been a good 3-point shooter? ha), and guys that will work together.

How about Stockton, Jordan, Pippen, Duncan & Shaq w/ $2 left over so we can have KD on the bench? pic.twitter.com/4xdZ662ffb
— Ballislife.com (@Ballislife) May 27, 2014

wow, wtf kdj3, we have the same team, didn't even look at yours.

Duncan should cost more than Barkley. Hakeem that cheap seems stupid.

I went with this squad of mine because you have three good defenders, two good post defenders in duncan and Dream. I never seen O play, and I will never pick Stockton.

Your first decision should be Magic or Lebron because they can basically play all five positions.

Best fit on paper:
West, Drexler, Bird, Nowitzki, Russell

All-Star Team:
Frazier, Jordan, LeBron, Duncan, Olajuwon

Ideal Team:
Thomas, Allen, Bird, Nowitzki, Russell

Liberties were taken with West at PG, I added Ray Allen.

No to Stockton. Jordan and James wouldn't fit.

This would be my team though it pains me to pick Stockton he'd just be bringing the ball up and passing to Dream in the post anyway.

Only defensive liability would be Dirk but he at least tries and Hakeem more then makes up for him.

Dream as a $1 is a bit of an insult, but yeah it makes this easier

Stockton (2)
Jordan (5)
James (5)
Garnett (1)
Dream (1)

Great defense, and also good in spacing the floor.

Dream at $1 is the biggest steal.
Stockton/Durant also have great value and are two of the few perimeter guys who can shoot 3's.

Team is lacking 3PT.

Stockton
MJ
KD
TD
Dream

$2 to spare

Chris Paul should be there instead of Isiah Thomas.

I'd go:

Magic ($5)
Drexler ($2)
LeBron ($5)
Garnett ($1)
Dream ($1)

Got a dollar left over, but you're just not going to score in the paint. The frontcourt is just a defensive monster.
