    it's not that complicated when it comes to things like this. A lot of women just like to know that you are thinking of them and that they dominate your thoughts for most of the day. So giving her a card randomly like this is almost like saying "I was just thinking about buying you this card because I was thinking about you..."

    Of course it's not good to generalize but yeah.
