I think 99% of the D&D forum are people like this, probably some unpaid intern earning college credits by spewing the party line and trying to sway just one more voter.
The fact is anyone on the internet can be fake. The move away from newspapers and the news tradition of Edward R. Murrow means you can't trust anything you read until you have vetted the poster over time and confirm it's not a hack. Lies and innuendo are gong to be even more pervasive. You know all the unvetted Amazon and Yelp reviews are fake.
