    Start earlier in the day, drink lots of water, top it up just before you leave but right after you make sure you didn't forget anything (keys/wallet/TICKETS), clear eye drops, take a piss at the arena before you sit, make sure to grab a gatorade + other sugary snacks + water, go to your seat, if you feel it's too much then drink the gatorade, have an extra j ready to enjoy at home to avoid crashing.

    You probably shouldn't smoke for the first time and then go out to a non-party atmosphere such as a sports game.
    Getting drunk at games is much funner.
