    Instead of microfracture, there might be a way to make an incision and relay blood into the area of the meniscus. Bev should go to bed and get 9+hrs of this type of treatment a day. Blood is the key to healing yet the issue is the meniscus has very little contact with blood circulation and the nutrients it provides.
