Yep. I would like to add ridiculous speech patterns. For example: "I like, met this person, who like, like doesn't even like, like me, even though, like, I like him. Like, he, like, is so stupid." That way of speaking is a complete turn off. And yes, I know that is not a physical trait, but it really bothers me to no end.

I agree with you. She's a fantastic actress and an endearing personality, but to me, her face is pretty average by layman standards and way below average by celebrity standards.

 

Callus or dry feet. Immediate turn off.
