i have the fitbit flex... for months. quite enjoy it. i pretty much only use it as a pedometer... it estimates calories/sleep etc. not so well.

Do you know if you pick weightlifting as a session you can say how intense you did it and it will adjust your fuel points.

True. I had a couple of polar watches and the chest strap was great. But I think if the beats per minute fell to a certain level it stopped recording until I got it up to a certain point so I could not wear it all day.

This band is a constant reminder for me. Stairs instead of elevator. Don't worry about parking far, snag some extra fuel points. Could I have done this without it, yes. But this keeps me in check.

I picked the fuel band because it looked the most normal. I think the up has better features but the way the band went on your arm I would look silly at work with that on. The fit bit one seemed a bit big and looked similar to a watch. I didn't want to wear two watches. People complain about no sleep tracking. True it doesn't have that but I take mine off at night anyhow. I don't want those points as part of my goal.

Yeah, the one time that I tried it the nothing changed. I guess I should give it another go.

Mine rarely racks up any noticeable points during sleep. I usually wake up with 15-20 Fuel Points. Thats like the equivilant of a few jumping jacks. What's your goal? I shoot for 3K-3.25k a day. Easily hit and pass it on workout days, but it's tough on off days.

Mine is currently 3250. it is my 4th week. I raised it from the default 3000 to that recently.
