Really, it's like everybody knows it, does it matter who said it? If I were Harden, I would defer to teammates in the first 3 quarters and take it over in the 4th. We are that good.

This is true, but when is this excuse going to end especially considering this has been going on for seasons after season since they've traded for Anthony. Point blank they bet everything on this dude sacrificed building around this dude to always end up as a mediocre team. I don't think your comment is off. I just think using the knicks of an example hurts your argument. For every Kobe Bryant you have a Carmelo Anthony exiting in the first round of the playoffs.

the problem with harden is not that he's doing a lot of isos. he's good at that. But even without ball he's standing in the corner doing nothing. Thus making others go iso as they can't run sets.

This is nuts, I saw this on twitter and thought it was fake.

You remember what happened last season when PPat called out Harden's game.
    Bye Parsons. :(

It is not tacky at all.

Fans have created some narrative than an isolation play is some great evil that is to be avoided at all costs. Its just not that accurate.

Make no mistake, we DO need Harden the closer and please bail us out, but we don't need the Harden that half azz on D, home run swing on O.

I think many teammates already told Harden so.
However, Harden still wanted to do it his way.

Sometimes, going public is a better way to communicate.

HOward has been kicking out the ball more to shooters out the post these past games. His inside out game has improved. When I pictured Howard coming to Houston this was one of the things I was hoping for to balance our offense. Mchale this is on you

Harden is the best one-on-one player on the team. Without him, everyone must step their game up, move the ball, and you must hit the open shot when you get it. Parson just spoke the truth. Harden makes the game easy for everyone when he is in the lineup but without him, everyone must step up.

We'll be certainly hasn't proven he's not melo... He's young so he has plenty of basketball ahead of him but right now he's no superstar and his individual stats don't necessarily translate to the team playing better or winning. He certainly has the potential to be melo part 2 with empty stats and no defense. But we can't really say that till like 5 years from now and hasn't won anything.

Exactly! we need him to buy in, it may take some time but, saying it in an interview to ESPN, not cool. Have a players meeting bro.

Unless you have proof a quote or something, that's pure speculation. Parsons needs to say that he actually told James this or else he comes out looking like a douche.

Social media is certainly treating it as a dig/in-fighting. Hopefully Harden sees it your way.

Parsons has been kind of outspoken towards Harden. That game vs the Blazers I was sitting pretty close and heard him say "What the **** was that" to Harden after Batum got an open layup. Harden wasn't happy about it and they were jawing but they were all lubby dubby afterwards and it was just in the heat of the game.

Win or lose, you know what I like best about non-Harden post games?

McHale not having to use the words "sticky ball" or "sticky" or "one-on-one" or "no ball movement" or "no body movement" a dozen times in the course of a five minute interview.
