In between A Different World and her movie career, I met Marissa Tomei at a cast party in New York. I was in school there and she was in a play with a good friend of mine. We talked and flirted late into the night and I left without getting her phone number. She told my friend later she thought I was cool and she hoped we'd run into each other again. I kept thinking I'd run into her again but never did. Pretty big regret there for a while. But my current girlfriend's cooler and hotter.
