Dwight Howard: Asik is a big piece to a championship

    Playing time doesn't reduce trade value!

    I really don't think that reduced playing time will reduce Asik's trade value. The league has seen what he can do as a starter. It really is a no lose situation for the Rockets unless Asik is so unhappy that he won't play. I highly doubt that will happen. The Rockets are in a great situation with two of the best players at their position (center & 2 guard), an up and coming small forward, a competent point guard, and three young power forwards with great potential. On top of this they still have all of their first round draft choices and extra second round draft choices in the future. The best move for the Rockets right now is patience. Let's see what we have before we make any more changes.

    Last year we had 30 minutes of a top 5 defensive impact C in the league, this year we have 48 minutes of a top 5(more so THE TOP) defensive impact C in the league. ****'s going to get real.
