I'll remember getting Howard more than getting Harden.

When we got Harden I had no idea it was happening.

Everyone knew Howard was happening, and there was that long period where we started to be favored as his destination, and then I started expecting him to come, and also developed the fear of being disappointed. Anxiety. Tension. And then it worked out.

I may have been more excited to watch Harden play,
but getting Howard means I get to watch both Howard and Harden play.
Getting Harden was just Harden. If that makes any sense.

    The Beard

    1) OKC really messed that one up

    2) I had absolutely no idea that there was even a trade in the works.....I just logged on Clutchfans one day and saw the trade and the excitement

    3) This deal probably saved Morey's job

    4) It paved the way for Dwight.

    5) It was good to have a representative from Houston with last year's ASG being in Houston.

Little OT but I remember being on a summer trip in New Jersey visiting an old girlfriend when the T-Mac trade went down.

It was like 11pm at night in her living room on her couch and she was sitting in my lap as I was surfing through channels and landed on ESPN right as they were discussing it.. I've never flipped a beautiful broad off of my lap so fast. Her parents came down stairs thinking something drastic happened due to me screaming "OH MY GOD" over and over again.

The Harden acquisition wasn't as memorable but equally if not more awesome.

Though of the two, I'll remember Howard's the most strictly off of the electricity generated here the entire week leading up to it.
