We'll agree to disagree on this one. I think its fair especially since they would be getting 1st's & could easily flip Asik for more value. You give up anything esle & the trade would be counter productive. I'm going to love to see what they get for him though.

Green would fit well into our system as a starting PF, but I haven't seen enough out of him yet to really want to pull the trigger. If for some reason we did get him, I wouldn't be upset, but I wouldn't be overly excited either.

Asik is worth FAR MORE than Jeff Green. Here are some facts:
    1. Jeff Green just had OPEN HEART SURGERY.
    2. He has one of the lowest rebound rates per possession at his position.
    3. Celts have been playing him a lot at the 3.
    4. His defensive synergy ratings are among the lowest at the 4 - he can only guard 3's at an average level for an NBA player.
This would be a non-starter for Morey.

Jeff Green, Demar Derozan & Greg Monroe would all be perfect fits for the Rockets but they're all highly unlikely.

Maybe the Pistons would bite if we took Stuckey too.

Bucks are overloaded with bigs. Rather try and trade for one/couple of their guys, maybe Henson/Adetokunbo plus a future pick.

I laughed out loud at that, and I'm a Rockets fan. Lin and Asik isn't even enough to get Rondo let alone Green and a future 1st.

I believe Parsons can play some 4....they could rotate between the 3 and 4 depending on matchup or who hot at the time.it would be a very, very versatile and athletic wing combo.
I strongly believe it would work.....dont forget we have a defensive rebounding machine and the BEST 2 guard in the league. I'd say they would be good, very good.

    Bev (lin)
    Harden
    Parsons/Green
    Green/Parsons
    Howard

He's like an older version of TJones.

If he can stay in his ultra aggressive mindset then yeah, I would love that move. He has some pretty big lapses and I am talking half to half lapses where he turns completely passive and he loses his aggressiveness.

Forgot about T.Jones at the 4 off the bench or starting depending on the matchup.
Parsons, Green, Jones make a good mix of tweeners at the 3 and 4.I've heard that word tweeners somewhere before. ? I just can't put my finger on it:confused::)

Anyone is OK, it's not just what they do on the court.

Agreed. he's a 3/4 tweener who's actually closer to being a 3. He played out of position in OKC because of Durant. Same in Boston because of Pierce. He makes a lot of money. He's not the answer to anything.
