I feel ESPN can be full of crap at times as well but Howard still is looking flaky right now. Given his flaky history of late I won't believe Howard is a Rocket until he signs the dotted line.

He needs to watch Money ball. Never make a decision just based on money

Most likely Dwight wanted to let the Lakers know face-to face, either the Lakers, or him will announce his plans to be with Rockets. If he was going to re-sign with the Lakers, he would of just continue his vacation. It does not make sense he goes back to LA urgently except to tell them in-person.

Kevin was pissed because we tried to trade him, but that trade obviously ended badly

There's no way hes going to stay with LA because he doesn't like D'Antoni system,Nashs age and doesn't wanna be Kobes sidekick for 3-4 years

Has Dwight really done anything or did someone just leak the Rockets rumor too early and now ESPN is having a field day with their favorite team (the Lakers)?

Lakers fan here. I posted a month or so back saying that I expect the Rockets to get Dwight.

This is just ridicules. Dwight is parodying himself it seems.

that's when they fire D'Antoni, hire Phil Jackson, and D12 is there next year satisfied.

Howard has told 3 teams they were out and that has not changed. What has varied is the reporting, specifically by Broussard. ESPN is flaky, not Howard.

So ESPN no longer remembers that the tax break means he won't be leaving close to $30 mil on the table? Could have sworn they were aware of it before an hour ago.
