Since Parsons was at the Dwight meeting, does that make him untouchable?

    assuming Dwight signs with us, would keeping parsons be an unspoken agreement?

    I just don't think morey would use parsons like that. and Howard wouldn't like that either

    We would keep Parsons cuz of his friendly contract. Outside of that, only Harden is truly untouchable.

    im just saying, parsons worked so hard on getting a close.friend over here, even went to a important meeting to talk with the future od our franchise. why woukd we sign howard and then throw parsons

    I am not sure if he is untouchable, very few in the sports world are, but I really hope we keep him. I think he is the perfect complimentary glue guy who does a little bit off everything. All teams need a guy like him.

    He's untouchable because of two reasons. One is because he's coming off a 18ppg performance in the playoffs. While I personally think it's not exactly sustainable, it's likely a big sales pitch to Dwight regarding the future of the team. Reason 2 is the fact that Parsons' agent is Dan Fegan. It doesn't bode well for the Rockets to piss off Parsons by sending him to a rebuilding team, which would allow Fegan to tell Dwight how horrible a person Morey is.
