    For what it's worth, I asked Jonathan Feigen via twitter when the Robinson draft-day trade was rumored whether moving Robinson by himself would be enough to open cap space for Dwight Howard because the $58.5M projection reported by ESPN would indicate that it would not be, the following is his reply (via direct message):

    I think the projected cap rumored in March was $60M or so, but then several weeks ago Marc Stein and other writers said that the NBA told teams the projected cap would be $58.5M. So, I wonder if the Rockets know something that we don't... just weird.
