Used to own a vinyl of this and be puzzled by Roger Taylor's voice that I thought belonged to one of the other two members. Been appreciating his voice and this album much more since then.

I'm listening to the new Mark Kozelek (Sun Kil Moon) and Jimmy Lavalle (The Album Leaf) collaboration album. This is one of the best things I've heard in a long time.

If you look at my over 100k scrobbles on Last.fm these two artists are tops on music listened to separately over the past decade.

Thus I was amped when I heard that Koz and Lavalle were working on an album together.

The end result is Kozelek's best work since the epic Ghosts of the Great Highway.

Damn good album... Has a lot of early stones influences but there's some modern day psychedelia and I'm pretty sure john Dwyer makes an appearance on the album (thee oh sees).
