    Heads up, all your BSG fans, they're holding the quinquennial (yes, once every 5 years) Battlestar Galactica Convention - GalactiCon - right here in Houston!

    I found it funny that they had to explain in their FAQ section why they went with Houston as a location. Anyway, it will be partnered by Compicpalooza, and both will be going on Memorial Day weekend, from May 23-26, at the George R Brown Convention Center. Comicpalooza itself seems to be getting bigger every year, since it first started in 2008. Here's a link that has more info on the partnership:

    Admission to Comicpalooza only gets you that, whereas admission to GalactiCon gets you admission to that as well as Comicpalooza. Anyone gonna go to either?
