    martin can be shut down by a good defender. they dont have a high scoring pg off the bench, so we can put bev on him.

    Martin would just shoot over Beverley. They can also have James Anderson guard him.

    Although I think Martin would still score with Beverly guarding him... I don't think he would "just shoot over Beverley."

    Martin doesn't get his points like that. It would have to be through 2-3 screens or dribble penetration (with help) then a kick out to Martin.

    So, if we disrupt their first line of attack (without giving them second or third options) and force them (Westbrook!) to play a one on one game, we just may have a better chance than against players like a wide-open Martin beating us.

    He should have at least one big game. Rockets sucks at defending corner threes and he is 50%(56/112) for the season from left and right corner three.

    KMart making 16 points in 18 offensive possessions? I wish all Thunder players were as inefficient as KMart last night. Rockets probably wouldve won the game.

    I've been totally unimpressed by Kevin Martin in this series. He should be stepping up with Westbrook out. I can't believe that just a couple years ago he was scoring 25 points a game for us.
