Why has Fireball replaced Jager?

    Not sure if the Fireball cinnamon whiskey phenomenon has picked up in Texas, but it seems like it's quickly replacing the Jagermeister as the party shot of choice.

    Personally I think it's a recipe for disaster. First time I had it was at the bar during the TX-Ok Stat game last fall and I ended up throwing up later that night after like 4 or 5 shots. While it goes down easy, it's got way too much sugar in it which has caused a few bad hangovers.

    I'll stick with the Jager - something about it makes you party harder.

    how about neither, and you sip liquers and spirits like a real grown-up. Preferably out of the appropriate tumbler/snifter/highball etc.

    Cinnamon whiskey is no better.

    This is why the Jager bomb was so popular circa 2008-2010 - makes it easier for folks to shoot + the caffeine bomb from the Red Bull.

    That is a good comparison, except it doesn't burn going down the way Goldschlager did. The end result is the same - puking.
