    I work out 5 to 6 times per week and am in peak physical condition

    I've taken advantage of several flight deals that I've come across on the Flyertalk forums, including:

    1. Houston to Lahore, Pakistan: $497 roundtrip, taxes included.
    2. Orlando to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: $387, roundtrip, taxes included. This deal was particularly great, because I was able to use my global upgrade certificates on American Airlines and upgrade to business class both ways, all for $387.
    The beauty of these fares is that they're not only extremely cheap, but you also accrue all of the mileage flown. And if you have top-tier status with the airline, the redeemable miles you receive are x2. So for the Pakistan trip, I received nearly 40,000 miles from a $497 fare. To put this in perspective, a free roundtrip ticket from Houston to Alaska is 25,000 miles. Houston to Tokyo roundtrip would cost you 32,500 miles for a free ticket.

    That is pretty sweet. So essentially for $500 you have a ticket to Pakistan and Japan?? Can't beat that
