    It's up to the judge, but doubtful. Judges don't generally negotiate on tickets -- and they've heard every excuse. You would have a much better chance with one of the lawyers who specialize in tickets.

    DPS will show.

    You must have pissed off the cop cause sometimes they'll lower the mph you were driving so you can take DD.
