    This was just a fight between some people and someone took out a gun...so not a random shooter/shooting (Witness said so on TV).

    Likely 2 guys fighting over a girl.

    Just saw that they are walking someone in custody. :eek: There is no description of a gunman, but last reports were that he was fleeing north of the campus, and the person in handcuffs now is what appears to be a male in a blue shirt with jeans. :eek:
