    I was raised in both California (born) and Texas (lived full time here most of my years). The first message board I used the name on had "Caltex" already in use, so I added the "2" as I was in fact the second Caltex of those boards and I've carried that screen name around ever since.

    :) - I always thought Schrempf might one day get traded to the Rockets - I think I tried to post a ton of trade scenarios - but since it never happened, I thought it would not be appropriate to still run around with the nickname of a guy who was one of the Rockets' foes.
